About Project

My Family Pharmacy LLP is a wholesale chain based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. They are well known for their large distribution channel. They launched an ePharmacy aggregator marketplace to empower small medical owners and help them sustain themselves against the ePharma giants. Their B2C marketplace module connects local retailers, wherein the orders are assigned to nearby pharmacy stores. This platform connects local pharmacies in Ahmedabad city with their customers.

  • Book Consultation if the athlete is currently injured

  • Book Consultation for Fitness Training.
  • Pre-Call, On Call & Post Call Report
  • Facility of BodyPain Point Level marking with predefined or custom Images (Front & Back) before a consultation
  • Pain level marking from low to high(1 to 10)
  • Predefined Questionnaires and medical History/Health Records for Athletes
  • Doctors can generate and share Injury reports for Athletes
  • Language-wise filter for doctors
  • Group Video (Similar to Zoom) call for Guest Athelets & Consultant
  • Video calling functionality with share screen, share link
  • During the Video consultation, questionaries can be viewed and edited

Key Challenges

Before developing an online platform for doctor consultation, BCCI was facing the following challenges

Not getting Online & On time consultation for players

Every time doctors and coaches need to check the health & fitness of the player

As a result, Recovery time was too long

Solution

EMed HealthTech worked as a technical partner for My Family Pharmacy and developed an elegant platform that allowed them to scale quickly. EMed HealthTech also provided promotional content and banners to help them with marketing. We kept the UI minimalistic for easy onboarding. We also developed a delivery personnel app and integrated it with the main app to send order confirmation, order ship, and order delivered notifications. We also added digital signature functionality to confirm the order delivery.

Get on time Consultation & recovery

If 1 athlete consulted multiple doctors from different locations, then the athlete report can be shared with all of them.

Check and manage the Medical History of Players online

Easy access to the health & fitness of the athletes whenever they need it.

Business Benefits

After launching their B2C marketplace on 1st April 2021, My Family Pharmacy is witnessing steady growth in the number of pharmacies onboarded. Their platform efficiently handles orders and can display and assign orders based on the customer’s location. As they have many pharmacies across the city, they can ensure same-day delivery and returns. Additionally, they can sell medicines from any pharmacy, so they always have most of them in stock. Considering all these things, they are able to garner huge returns without investing much in infrastructure costs. Local pharmacy owners have welcomed this concept with open arms, as now they can compete against other big online pharmacy players. An intuitive and secure video consultation platform designed specifically for athletes and medical professionals. The interface allows physiotherapists to assess current training status, identify movement restrictions, and review training history—all in real-time during virtual sessions.
